Yesterday Once More, The Carpenters, Fingerstyle Guitar

Yesterday Once More - The Carpenters

"Yesterday Once More" is possibly the greatest nostalgic song ever, itself reflecting on nostalgia. Used on their album "Now & Then" as the opener and closer of an 8 song medley of oldies covers.

Either way, it is just a plain great song, Karen Carpenter’s voice sounds great and Richard Carpenter’s composition, orchestration and keyboard playing are really impressive. I have known this song since it came out but this is the first time I’m performing it as a solo fingerstyle guitar piece. The fingerings/positions are pretty well defined (as opposed to more elusive jazz arrangements) and lend themselves to creating a really good video lesson, let me know if you'd be interested in me creating one for this arrangement... Please "like", share, comment, and above all, enjoy!
